• Contact form: Our Contact page includes a form (powered by Web3Forms) that sends your message to us via email. The data you submit (name, email, message) is sent directly to our email and is not stored on our servers or used for any purpose other than responding to your inquiry. Web3Forms acts as a data processor and does not use your data for their own purposes.
• No advertising: We do not serve ads, so no ad-related data collection occurs

• Room list: The rooms you've added in multi-room mode (names and dimensions) — stored under the key sqft_rooms
• Theme preference: Whether you selected dark mode or light mode — stored under the key sqft_theme

This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. You can view, manage, or clear this data at any time through your browser settings:

4. Third-Party Services

We use a minimal number of third-party services, all of which are privacy-respecting:

4.1 jsPDF (PDF Export)

We use the jsPDF library, loaded from Cloudflare's CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com), to generate PDF exports of your calculation results. This library runs entirely in your browser — no data is sent to external servers during PDF generation. The library is open-source and does not collect any data.

4.2 Firebase Hosting (Hosting Provider)

Our Website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google Cloud service. Firebase Hosting may collect standard server-level logs that include:

• Your IP address (temporary, for request routing)
• Browser type and version (User-Agent header)
• Pages requested and timestamps
• HTTP status codes and response sizes

These logs are used solely for operational purposes — monitoring site availability, diagnosing errors, and preventing abuse. Firebase Hosting logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising. 4.3 Cloudflare CDN

The jsPDF library is served via Cloudflare's content delivery network. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser information to deliver the library file efficiently. Cloudflare is a GDPR-compliant service. You can review Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This Website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes. We do not use:

• First-party cookies
• Third-party cookies
• Session cookies
• Persistent cookies
• Web beacons, pixels, or tracking tags
• LocalStorage (see Section 3) is the only client-side storage mechanism we use, and it is not used for tracking

The only exception is that Firebase Hosting and Cloudflare may set standard HTTP-level cache headers and security-related headers as part of normal website operation — these are not cookies and do not track user behavior.

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, the traditional risks of data breach, unauthorized access, or data loss from our side do not apply. Your calculations and measurements remain private on your own device.

However, we still take the following security measures:

• HTTPS everywhere: Our Website is served exclusively over HTTPS/TLS, encrypting all data in transit between your browser and our server
• Security headers: We implement Content Security Policy (CSP), X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy, and Permissions-Policy headers to protect against common web vulnerabilities
• No external scripts: The only external script we load is jsPDF from Cloudflare's CDN — no other third-party scripts, fonts, or resources are loaded
• Minimal attack surface: Our Website is a static site with no database, no backend server, no user accounts, and no form submissions

• Use a secure and private internet connection

Our Website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, which operates servers in multiple locations worldwide. If you access our Website from outside the United States, your connection data passes through servers that may be located in the United States or other countries. By using our Website, you consent to this data transmission.

However, as emphasized throughout this policy, we collect no personal data about you — so no personal data is transferred across borders. The only data processed is standard server-level connection data handled by Firebase Hosting and Cloudflare, which are both compliant with international data protection standards including GDPR and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
